Learning about cyber-safety…

It’s the last day of term. The bell’s gone and rowdy kids are spilling out of classrooms,  grabbing their bags and and making their way out. Everyone’s excited to be having 2 weeks holidays with no school!

But in Joc’s class, even after the bell, this is what I found:

She had said they could go home and continue to watch the cyber-safety video after the holidays, but they were so engrossed, they wouldn’t let her turn it off.  Powerful video, it seems…

  1. Thanks again,
Another wonderful resource – very useful especially whilst I am planning a series of Cybersafety activities for 5/6 for next term. I have booked the ACMA Cybersafety Detective program – have you used that ?

  2. Great video. I have it as one of my resources to teach cybersafety to Year 5, 6, 7s. Celia, we’re planning to take part in Cyber Detectives next term, once we’ve worked out logistics of who can be available for the training and who can work as a guide in the class.

  3. May I simply say what a relief to discover somebody that truly understands what they’re discussing online. You actually realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people should check this out and understand this side of your story. I can’t believe you are not more popular given that you certainly have the gift.
